If you want happiness, begin with gratitude. As we dive into Day 1 of the 21 Day Happiness Challenge, we begin with the gold standard of happiness: gratitude! Gratitude is one of the most powerful practices in the pursuit of happy, and today’s challenge will give you the tools to get started. What are you grateful for today?
