Reframe Your Experience…Look for Good, Change Your Brain, and Find Happy

You know those things you think you see one thing, then it zooms out and it’s actually something else? Or the optical illusions that you look at and stare and suddenly something shifts and you see something else? This is what the 21 Day Happiness Challenge is about today...how to shift perspective! Today's episode is all about reframing your experience so that you can train your brain to look for good. As you do, you can find more happiness and fight the oh-so-common negativity bias that haunts many of us daily. Ultimately shifting perspective is all about gratitude, one of the most powerful paths to finding lasting happiness.
