Welcome back to the 21 Day Happiness Challenge! Today we will delve into our biohack to happiness.
What is a biohack? A biohack is a behavior that provides you a simple 'hack' into achieving some desired resut with the body. Your behavior changes your physiology.
Biohacks can improve health, happiness and well-being.
Smiling is a simple and powerful biohack.
Neuroimaging research shows smiling can change the brain lead to increased well-being.
Smiling decreases stress hormones and increases mood enhancing hormones
Smile! Begin by choosing at 8 hour period. During those 8 hours:
1) Go out of your way to smile at others. Give yourself and others happiness.
2) For 1 minute of each hour, smile to yourself. If you need to hide away because you might be worried what the neighbors will think, go right ahead.
